By engaging with Ranjana Ghoshal Training & Mentoring Systems (RGTMS) for leadership coaching, mentoring, or related services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our services, booking coaching sessions, or purchasing any program or product, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Coaching Services and Offerings

  • All coaching and mentoring programs are designed and delivered by a  qualified professional.

  • Program content, duration, and availability may change without prior notice.

  • Materials (digital or physical) provided are for personal development use only and may not be reproduced or redistributed.

  • Any personalized or custom coaching plans will be subject to additional terms agreed upon at the time of engagement.

3. Payment and Scheduling

  • We accept various secure payment methods, which will be specified at the time of booking or checkout.

  • Session bookings and course enrollments are confirmed only after receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Delivery of digital materials or access to virtual sessions is typically immediate or as scheduled.

  • All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited based on our cancellation policy.

4. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made to RGTMS are non-refundable, including for coaching sessions, courses, and digital products.
    Please ensure your commitment before enrolling or purchasing. Rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice, subject to availability.
